      特點說明

       雙片糊箱機適用于各種規格彩箱/紙箱，需要AB兩片紙板拼接成型生產的設備；實現雙片合一拼接工藝，快速完成一次性粘合的操作。

       本機采用吸風送紙方式，同步氣動推桿定位結構，數字控溫，PLC電器控制系統，變頻調速電機。左右使用獨立離合器送紙，紙板定位采用氣缸推動擋規方式，操作方便靈活。

       上膠水方式：中間上膠拼接采用熱熔膠和冷膠各一組，雙膠同事上膠合并使用，粘接快速牢固。側邊上膠使用冷膠（常用粘合膠水）。

       收紙方式：下壓合型和后輸送帶多工位汽壓型兩款。

      Brief Introduction

       Semi-automatic Two-pieces Gluer apply to a variety of color box/carton,is kind of equipment  for those jobs that need AB two pieces cardboards to paste together and fold.It achieves that two-piece into one splicing process,rapid completionof one-time bonding.

       The machine adopts suction-feeding,push rod positioning structure of synchronous pneumatic,digital tempera-ture control,PLC electrical control system,frequency control motor.

       The left and right adopts independent clutch to feedcardboards,cardboards positioning uses cylinder to push the robs,easy operation and flexible.

       Gluing method:in the middle of two-piece cardboards gluing,use hot glue & cool glue each group,combined apply to past the flap of two-piece,quick pasting but strong.The size flap use cool glue(common used type).

       Cardboards collection:down pressing type and back-deliver with station pneumatic pressing type.
