       HA型壓合式糊箱機是根據用戶中小訂單需要最新開發的，它體積小占地少，操作簡便不需經驗，非常適合小批量產品的生產和品種的更換：使用范圍廣，普通紙箱、異形彩盒單頁成型的粘合，加裝自動噴膠裝置后還能做勾底紙盒和天地蓋紙盒：節省膠水，膠水用量只相當于手工涂膠的1/3；省人工，機器最好轉速56米/分鐘。效率是手工操作的3-4倍；粘接牢固，整齊不溢膠，專利雙頭打磨器能非常好的將粘口部進行打磨去除UV光膜層或覆膜塑料層等，提高膠水的粘接力，解除了紙箱廠在一些季節紙箱容易開膠的難題。本機由于采用手工收折，在提供工作效率的同時還適用于全自動機不好加工的壓痕線不正，特殊異形與紙面有開窗的制品。

       HA model folding gluer is developed for clients'need of samll orders.Small occupation foot and small sixe,simple operation without any experience,idea for small batch production and variety replacement.With extensive application,applicable to conventional type cartons & non-bottom type boxes' single sheet forming by gluing.With installation of automatic glue gun device,HA model can apply to lock-bottom boxes and lid & tray boxes.Glue-saving,gule amount is a third of that glued by manual.Labor-saving,HA model's max.speed is 56m/min,effciency is 3-4 times than manual operation.Firm bonded,no gule excess.Patented grinding motor can remove UV coating to improve adhesion of the glue,solving problem of box glue failure in some seasons.HA model adopts manual folding,not only improve efficiency but also apply to those boxes of unstraight lining,abnormal type and bonding gap that automatic gluer can't well process.

Burnishing Unit:The burnishing wheel is adopted for its super hardness and long lift.The speed burnishing-wheel guarantees pretty sheet adge.The dust collector all paper rags,which ensures the clean working environment.
