       HX系列糊箱機主要應用于彩印包裝企業的紙箱、紙盒粘合工序。因為目前國內的絕大部分包裝企業中復雜特殊紙盒和瓦楞紙箱的糊合成型工序都是用純手工，這就導致糊盒成型工序在整個企業中，尤其是瓦楞紙盒生產企業中成為用人最多、占地最大、效率最低、也易出質量問題的工序，給企業的生產管理帶來諸多麻煩。此機械是我廠針對勞動密集國家和地區包裝企業這一問題而開發的使用，此機械使企業減少對大量數量糊盒工人的依賴，節省工作場地，又大大提高了工作效率和產品質量。

      HX series Folder Gluer is mainy uesd for color printing carton packaging,carton adhesive processes.At prasent,the complexity of the special packing cartons and corrugated boxes pasta synthetic prccesses are manual in majority of domestic enterprises,which lead in labor-waste,area taken up and least efficiency as well as probem occurring easily in paste box molding processes of the enterprise .And make a lof of troubles to the production maragement.This kind of machine is made for labor-intensive countries and regions,aim to reduce the number of skilled workers.save the work place and greatly enhance the work afficency and product quality.

計數堆積部：采用PLC可編程控制器和觸摸屏，數字控制，操作簡單可靠，自動計數，準確輸出，堆積速度130米/分。

Count accumulation unit:adopting PLC programmable controller and touching screen,digital controlling,easy operation and reliable contro-lling,easy operation and reliable,automatic counting,accurate output.the accumulationspeed is 130m/min.

糊口糾正部：無極調速控制的上下相位調整機構可糾成瓦楞紙箱剪刀差。

The scissors shape of the boxes between the gluing place can be adjusted to be normal by the upper and lower phase adjust device which is controlled by thestepless speed governor.

涂膠折疊部：采用高級變頻調速電機，調速靈活噪聲低。高摩擦力皮帶均勻走紙，自動折疊紙板。配有高科技紙箱對邊矯正裝置，不銹鋼膠輪，涂膠均勻，省膠無故障。

Glue folding unit adopting high frequeney governing and flexible low noise.high-friction belt make paper go evenly.automatic folding cardboard.

側糾正部：折疊皮帶內側有限制折線角鋼，外側有三道限位輪組，使紙板在折疊過程中始終限制在規定尺寸范圍內，保證糊口縫隙達到質量要求。

The gap between the gluing place of the boxes can be djusted by the nylon wheels.

供紙部：利用高摩擦力膠帶送紙，配合力學推板送紙，準確可靠。采用高檔的電磁離合器和電磁剎車系統，使供紙部可單獨控制換單和調整方便，迅速。

Feeding Unit:using high friction tape feed,with the mechanical push plate feed,which is accurate and reliable.with high electroma-gnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system.

電器部：采用schneider PLC控制。調速采用Bosch Rexroth變頻器，參數設置由觸摸屏完成，機械調整用按鈕代替了手輪、產品更換10分鐘內可全部完成。

The touch screen and the button for changing the order instead the handroll which is cost more time and power.
